[Create Shipment](https://kb.aftersalespro.gr/el/label-creation-pro?hsLang=el#create-shipment) # DHL - Διαδικασία τελωνειακής Εξαγωγής ## Διαδικασία που πρέπει να ακολουθείτε για το σύνολο των εξαγωγών σας με προορισμό τρίτες χώρες, εκτός Ε.Ε. Όλες οι εξαγωγές (αεροπορικές και οδικές) θα πρέπει να δηλώνονται στο τελωνείο κατά την έξοδο τους από τη χώρα. Είναι πολύ σημαντικό να δηλώνεται ορθά ο λόγος της εξαγωγής, (π.χ. δώρο, δείγμα, εμπόρευμα προς πώληση, προσωρινή εξαγωγή, ενδοεταιρική, προσωπικά μεταχειρισμένα είδη κ.ο.κ) ώστε να ακολουθείται η ορθή διαδικασία εκτελωνισμού και να υποβάλλεται το προβλεπόμενο παραστατικό. Μπορεί να οριστεί default λόγος εξαγωγής, απο τις ρυθμίσεις της εταιρείας courier Διασυνδέσεις \> Εταιρείες Courier \> Label Creation Pro \>  Export Reason ![DHL - Export Reason-1](https://kb.aftersalespro.gr/hs-fs/hubfs/DHL%20-%20Export%20Reason-1.png?width=670&height=142&name=DHL%20-%20Export%20Reason-1.png)Στην φόρμα δημιουργίας Voucher θα χρειαστεί να επιλέξετε το Export Declaration (Για να είναι δυνατή η επιλογή του, η αποστολή θα πρέπει να έχει δημιουργηθεί απο παραγγελία που προέρχεται απο την e-commerce πλατφόρμα σας). ![DHL Export Declaration](https://kb.aftersalespro.gr/hs-fs/hubfs/DHL%20Export%20Declaration.png?width=670&height=172&name=DHL%20Export%20Declaration.png) Έπειτα στα πεδία που θα εμφανιστούν, μπορείτε να επισυνάψετε τα σχετικά παραστατικά και να δηλώσετε τον λόγο εξαγωγής (Αν έχει οριστεί προεπιλεγμένος λόγος, αυτός θα αναγράφεται ήδη στο αντίστοιχο πεδίο).
