1. Create a User Role in Magento

2. Create the API User in Magento

3. Add a new integration in the AfterSalesPro Panel and provide the above details

Create a new integration in AfterSalesPro Panel

Add a new integration via the Settings → Integrations section:

• Select Magento 2 and select Connection Type → Integration.

• Enter your store URL including the prefix, without a trailing slash, e.g., https://mydomain.gr.

Create a Magento Integration

Navigate to System → Integrations → Add New Integration.

Fill in the following details in the Integration Info tab:

• Name: AfterSalesPro

• Email: integrations@aftersalespro.gr

• Callback URL: https://aftersalespro.gr/api/integrations/magento2-oauth/callback

• Identity Link URL: https://aftersalespro.gr/api/integrations/magento2-oauth/identity

Then, select the following resources in the Resources tab:

• Sales → Operations → Orders → Actions

• Sales → Operations → Shipments
