Shopify (Legacy App) Integration (en)

• Create an API App in Shopify

• Add a new integration in our panel using the generated credentials

Step 1: Create the API App in Shopify

1. Navigate to Apps in your Shopify admin.

2. Click Develop apps (top-right of the page).

3. Click Create an app.

App details

• Enter a Private app name, e.g. aftersalespro_gr

• Enter an Emergency developer email

API permissions

1. Click Configure Admin API scopes

2. Enable the following permissions:

   • read_orders

   • write_orders

   • read_locations

   • read_inventory

   • read_customers

   • read_products

   • read_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders

   • write_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders

Webhook version

• Select the latest version from the Webhook API version dropdown

1. Click Save

2. Once the app is active, click Install app

Step 2: Add the Integration in the AfterSalesPro Panel

1. Go to Settings → Integrations

2. Click Insert

3. Select Shopify

Required fields

• Shop URL
  Enter your store URL with protocol and without trailing slash, for example:
  https://aftersalespro.myshopify.com

• API Key, API Secret Key, Access Token
  These can be copied from the API credentials section of your Shopify app

• Location ID
  Go to Settings → Locations, select your location, and copy the numeric ID from the URL.
  Example:
  https://mydomain.myshopify.com/admin/settings/locations/34567890123
  → Location ID: 34567890123
