CSCart Integration (en)

To connect CS-Cart with our platform, follow the two-step procedure below.

Step 1: Create an API User in CS-Cart

  1. Log in to the CS-Cart Administration Panel.

  2. Navigate to Customers → Administrators.

  3. Click Create Administrator.

  4. Fill in the required fields (e.g. email: aftersalespro@example.gr).

  5. Go to the API Access tab.

  6. Enable API access for this user.

  7. Save the administrator.

Step 2: Add the Integration in AfterSalesPro

  1. Log in to the AfterSalesPro Panel.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations.

  3. Click Insert.

  4. Select CS-Cart as the platform type.

  5. Fill in the credentials you created in the CS-Cart panel.

  6. Enter your store URL including the protocol (http/https) and without a trailing slash

    • Example: https://mydomain.gr

  7. Choose the CsCart Version you are using.

Once completed, the integration will be ready to use.
