Magento 2 Integration (en)

Step 1: Create a User Role in Magento

1. Log in to the Magento Admin Panel.

2. Navigate to System → Permissions → User Roles.

3. Click Create New Role.

4. Enter a Role Name, e.g., aftersalespro_gr.

5. In Role Resources, select:

   • Sales → Operations → Orders → Actions

   • Sales → Operations → Shipments

6. Save the role.

Step 2: Create the API User in Magento

1. Navigate to System → Permissions → All Users.

2. Click Create New User.

3. Fill in the required fields:

   • Username: e.g., aftersalespro_gr

   • Generate a strong Password

4. Under User Role, select the role created in Step 1.

5. Save the user.

Step 3: Add Integration in AfterSalesPro Panel

1. Log in to the AfterSalesPro Panel.

2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations.

3. Click Insert.

4. Select Magento v2 as the platform type.

5. Fill in the Username & Password you created in the Magento 2 panel, and set the Connection Type → User Credentials.

6. Enter your store URL including the protocol (https) and without a trailing slash

   • Example: https://mydomain.gr

Once completed, the integration will be ready to use.
