Woocommerce Integration (en)

To connect your WordPress (WooCommerce) store with our platform, follow the steps below.

The integration process consists of three simple steps:

  1. Add a new platform integration in your AfterSalesPro panel

  2. Install the AfterSalesPro plugin on your WordPress site

  3. Copy the API Token from the AfterSalesPro panel to the plugin settings

1. Add an integration in your AfterSalesPro panel

Add a new platform integration from the Settings → Integrations section.
(User registration is required.)

  • Select WooCommerce as the platform.

  • Enter your website URL including the protocol, without a trailing slash
    Example: https://mydomain.gr

  • Copy the API Token, which will be required in the WordPress plugin settings.

2. Plugin installation

Install the AfterSalesPro plugin from the official WordPress repository:

3. Plugin activation & configuration

After the installation is completed:

  • Activate the plugin

  • Open the plugin settings from the AfterSalesPro menu in the WordPress Admin Panel

  • Paste the API Token you copied earlier

  • Click Save

Once saved, your WooCommerce store will be successfully connected to AfterSalesPro.
